cant wait to try out the new video codecs -- are there any demos? when is the new IDE coming out?

e sopratuttto, hai il devnet12? :D

Wow. This new version breaks quite a lot of things on Windows...

i think this new .447 beta doesn't support the video .blendMode filters anymore.. :/ judging from :
http://design2.org/temp/maelstrom/

perhaps MM got fed up of people wasting time digging into the player for enw *cool* effects and not actually doing any bug checking.

perhaps now people will concentrate onthe job at hand

perhaps they're doing both things

Nek,

Doubt it - other wise why would MM take out the blend modes !

Hello, I just found you posted link to my maelstrom test page.

To clear one thing I have nothing to do with MM testing community

You can also test features of new Flash Player on your own by using new ActionScript commands in Flash MX 2004 and covert to new player with convertors that are available online.

New player DOES support blendMode's on video.

So shortly I just wanted to play a little to see new features that interest me, for else I didn't have time. I am sure that you will find a lot of examples and real beta testers tests online.

To help you here is the one with a lot of links to ppl testing it:

Cheers ppl and have fun!
