Just today I read the news published by Bill Perry in his blog about the release of the first phone in the US that uses Flash Lite for the UI ( User Interface ).
It's a terrific news and he has a cool video that shows the Wireless LG VX8500 phone.
Bill addded that in addition to using Flash Lite for these UI elements, this phone will also support the Flash Lite for BREW extension - we're currently testing this handset and will release more details in the future. So when I'm able to get Flash Lite 2.1 applications running on this phone I'll let everyone know.
When will see the same thing happen in Italy ?
Hey I've had the vx8100 over here for about two months, and its nice and flashy. I guess maybe its running the Flash thru BREW, because its obvious the whole ui isnt Flash, but it has cool animated wallpapers and games.
