Today it was an intensive day at the FromAToWeb 2006.
Other than seeing some of the Apollo features, Mike Downey showed a number of new features in Flash 9 (Blaze) :
- new IDE with floating palette system (very similar to Indesign)
- support for importing PSD (PhotoShop) files with the full support of layer naming
- actionscript 3 rendering improvements

new IDE with floating palette system? Do you know why are they going to be floating? I thought Adobe was steering away from the floating palettes after I used Premiere Pro 2.0 and After effects 7.0.
