The Eclipse PluginFest is a two-day developer event to test interoperability and compatibility between Eclipse based plugins and products. The event will be a workshop format that will feature interoperability testing sessions among participating organizations.
There is no fee to attend PluginFest but you have to register.

It should be mentioned that this is for mobile and embedded systems rather than IDE's based on Eclipse.
Which is a dammed shame, would have been great to meet other Eclipsers especially since there arent many of these things happening in London.
