Mobile web browsing is more and more usual. Many people started browsing the web on their mobile devices.
Actually for Symbian devices you have 2 web browsers : Opera Mobile (and the free version Opera Mini) and the Nokia S60 browser.
Ivan in his blog has compared usability of the pages that he visits from mobile most often and what he likes and doesn't of the two browsers.
My personal preference goes to Opera, althoug I can't live without some Nokia browser features such as the use of mouse for navigation rendering and scrolling speed .
But I'm pretty sure this is just the beginning of the war :)
You might like to try this:
http://www.opera.com/products/mobile/platform/
it can create a SIS file so that application works as a DESKTOP application. I am not sure it supports flash 6/7/8 or not
