Flash Media Server 3 and the revisited license model (I love that)

Flash_media_server_box Great news for all Flash Media Server 3 developers. Adobe changed its complicated licensing model for the new Flash Media Server 3, giving us a simple and easy way to buy the right FMS 3 for our needs.
Now we'll be able to buy only two different version of  Flash Media Server 3 : the Flash Media Streaming Server  3 and the Flash Media Interactive Server 3.

The first one, Flash Media Streaming Server 3, is oriented to live and on- demand video streaming while the  Adobe Flash Media Interactive Server 3 is for customized scalable video streaming services, plus multi-way social media applications.

As Ryan wrote : The new pricing is $995 for an unlimited connection license for Flash Media Streaming Server and $4500 for a Flash Media Interactive Server license. This is a great change from the complicated licensing scheme of FMS 2 which basically started at $4500.

This is awesome. At least I can go to many clients that are using Window Media Server and convince them to switch to Flash Media Server with a ridicolous price.
So we can now create streaming video to Flash, Adobe AIR software, Adobe Flash Lite 3 and Adobe Media Player. That's fantastic !

What I'd like to know is wheter both versions of Flash Media Server 3 support the DRM. Anybody knows that ?

I'm still working through the new literature myself, but it does seem like both the Interactive and the Streaming servers offer content encryption:
"Flash Media Streaming Server 3 features RTMPE, an enhanced version of Adobe's Real Time Messaging Protocol (RTMP), with higher performance and 128-bit encryption to help secure streamed media and communication. A new verification feature protects SWF files from being reused, modified, or hosted in unauthorized locations."

Marco,
I know you are a Flash specialist, but just to inform you that other server-less solution, cheap and easy to use are available for e-learning.
