Hi Marco, I'm someone who purchased a book by Marco Casario but this time I think I will buy the pdf version at the FoED website: the book shipping is too expensive and, as a side note, I must say it is very strange to order from USA Amazon Store a book written a few miles away from my town. :-) Moreover, paper is "heavy": if you walk with your notebook and you add two or three books to your working bag you end up "tired" very soon.
