It's now simple to derive by deduction that Flash Catalyst will be part of the Adobe CS5 since you can find the logo in the CS5 Launch web page :

By the way the CS5 and Flash Catalyst will be released by Monday 12 April 2010 at 8.00 (PDT time).

Just a note: a colleague makes me note that the countdown is not in Flash / Flex :) Funny, isn't it
