These days I'm really busy for FlashLite course at Macromedia but there are some cool news in the mobile field :
- Yahoo has made possible to subscribe to an rss feed via an SMS alert by giving Yahoo your mobile number and associating this with an RSS feed related to a certain topic, say the feed for the surf at a local beach, you get an SMS message each time the feed updates. (via Mobile-Weblog)
- AOL launched a version of their AOL Search site designed for use on mobile devices. It also has links to their mobile portal, shopping, and Yellow Pages sites.
You can find it at: http://mobile.aolsearch.com/ (via O'reilly Blog)
- Nokia has added 4INFO Inc.’s mobile search service in the United States, the company said Tuesday, reports TechWeb. The service is free; 4INFO's revenue comes from advertising. Customers with a Nokia handset can now download the application to query millions of U.S. local directory listings, real-time sports scores, player statistics, local weather forecasts, and detailed movie show times and reviews through 4INFO’s free plug-in.
