The individual session titles seem reasonable, but the larger "Developing with Adobe AIR and Microsoft Silverlight" is strange.

In AIR you "develop" with HTML or SWF, same as for webpages, and the new part is wrapping it up for beyond-the-browser delivery, optionally learning some new APIs for desktop access.

Silverlight development requires that you learn a particular subset or two of XAML.

In AIR "development" is essentially transparent. That's why the title "Developing with Adobe AIR and Microsoft Silverlight" seems strange.
